Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

Octane Toy Box will arrange for a no-cost-to-you return of product ONLY if it is defective, has been damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped against your order. You must contact us immediately by email at sales@octanetoybox.com or call us. We need as much information as possible to expedite the process. Please have your invoice number, date of purchase, buyers name, product part number (OTBxxxx) and any photos of the damaged product or packaging available. We cannot guarantee rush shipping to resolve the problem but we will handle it in the quickest manner possible and resolve the issue. Some product comes directly from a manufacturer or a distributor warehouse so we may have additional channels to go thru that can slow down the return process.

EXCHANGES

Contact us first by email at sales@octanetoybox.com or by phone if you choose to exchange a product for another that was NOT damaged or shipped incorrectly. Most items can be exchanged. However, the restocking fee, if any, varies from certain suppliers Octane Toy Box uses so we need to discuss your options first. If an exchange is still your preference, you will be responsible for shipping back to the specified location and any restock fees that may apply.
